Thanks to everyone who came out for the Museum's 1st Annual 5K Run/Walk and Kids Dash this past Saturday and supported the Greensboro Children's Museum!

We had over 380 participants, which was more than double what we were expecting! We hope all of you are able to join

us at next year's run and you can bring even more friends

out to join you! 

We're still totaling up the money that was raised, but know that all of you helped to exceed our goal! The money will be used to help fun health and wellness initiatives and programs at GCM.

Congratulations Jess Weber (20:36) and Shannon Scott (18:25) on being our top finishers and for the Girls on the Run for being our top fundraisers!

If you did not receive a race t-shirt and paid your registration fee, please come to the Museum on Friday June 12th and pick up your shirt. We had to order more and they should be in by Friday.  Please bring your t-shirt voucher ticket with you and if you didn't get a t-shirt voucher, email or call us and let us know as soon as possible so we know what size to order. Thanks!
