First Friday Night Special

Calling all pasta lovers! Learn how to make dough, knead it, and roll it through the pasta machine to make light, billowy noodles. We'll top the pasta with homemade marinara and fresh vegetables.
Adult Cooking Class: The French Crepe

Making Crepes is a delicious endeavor; they are healthy, inexpensive, and can accommodate a variety of fillings and toppings. In this class, Véronique (http://crepes-veronique.com) will teach you how to make a light and thin crepe, and you’ll learn tips and techniques for cooking each crepe to perfection.
On the menu: mushroom béchamel sauce & cheese, classic ham & cheese, chocolate banana, and chocolate coconut.
Closing Early Thursday, March 19th at 3pm.
Join us in the garden as winter turns to spring! In this hands-on preschool program, we will explore The Edible Schoolyard together, playing and learning all along the way. This garden series will focus on a different theme each week.

Please join us for a reception and networking opportunity for educators, focusing on garden and cooking education and including light refreshments and wine.
This FREE program will feature:
- an introduction to The Edible Schoolyard Greensboro’s garden and teaching kitchen
- mini-workshops and hands-on activities in the garden and kitchen
- resources for developing interdisciplinary lessons connected to the garden
- time to explore The Edible Schoolyard and the Greensboro Children’s Museum independently
- networking opportunities and information about garden resources in the local community
This is an adult only event, ages 21 and over.
