Roll up your sleeves and get ready to roll, fill, and cut your own ravioli. We will create seasonal ravioli with a simple sauce and a salad from the garden.

Join Chef Reto of Reto's Kitchen and Catering to learn how to prepare a few classic French staple recipes featuring eggs from The Edible Schoolyard hens. Reto will guide you through a classic French omelette, poached eggs, and the all-important chocolate soufflé.
On the menu: French omelette; poached eggs over fresh salad greens with smokey bacon, butter croutons, and French vinaigrette; chocolate soufflé.

It's time for tacos, and we'll start by making our own corn tortillas. Then, we'll move on to fillings and salsa and assemble custom-made tacos to enjoy at the end of class.
