Edible Schoolyard Curious Cooking Camp with George

Spend the day with George and his friends at the Museum. We’ll make George’s favorite foods, learn about monkey habitats in the garden, read Curious George books and play in the Museum! For Kindergarten - 5th graders.

Creation Station

Throughout the duration of the Curious George exhibit, there will be a featured craft in Creation Station to recognize George’s time at GCM. Children will be able to make their very own yellow hat out of construction paper, cardboard, and various other recycled goods in honor of Curious George’s companion, The Man in the Yellow Hat.

There will be three different hat styles for children to choose from, including a royal crown, a party hat, and a helmet, all made out of yellow paper and art supplies. Come on back to Creation Station from October 8th-January 22nd to celebrate Curious George’s friend and get curious about what kind of hat you can create!
